90 units: Sustainable affordable housing for individuals and low-income families who are struggling to make ends meet. This project will serve homeless Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) and low-income families. Permanent Supportive Housing project in predevelopment phase consisting of twenty-two studio units, twenty-two 1-bedroom units, twenty-three 2-bedroom units, twenty-three 3-bedroom units and a community room with kitchen,  laundry rooms and offices for management and supportive services staff.
