48 Units: Affordable Housing Located at 13574 Foothill Blvd. in the Sylmar community of the City of Los Angeles. This project is all new construction for low, very low and extremely low income households. The project is comprised of 48 units, including 25 studios and 22 one-bedroom PSH units, plus one unit reserved for on-site property management. Project amenities include a large community room, courtyard, and laundry room.
