20 Units: Sustainable affordable housing for individuals and low-income families who are struggling to make ends meet. This project serves homeless Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) and low-income families. Permanent Supportive Housing project consists of eight 1-bedroom units, six 2-bedroom units, six 3-bedroom units and a community room with kitchen,  laundry room and office for management and supportive services staff.
