27 Units: Sustainable affordable housing for low-income families who are struggling to make ends meet. This project serves homeless Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) and low-income families. Permanent Supportive Housing project consists of twelve 1-bedroom units, twelve 2-bedroom units, three 3-bedroom units and a community center with laundry and office for management and supportive services staff.
