60 Units: New construction of a two-story Type V affordable development over on grade parking for approx. 55 cars. The project will house General Affordable and Special Needs (TAY, Homeless, and Chronically Homeless. Consisting of 15 studios, 15 - I bedroom, 15 – 2 bedroom, and 15 - 3 bedroom units. Building amenities include secured parking and entry, elevator, laundry facilities, community room, multi-purpose room, computer room, fitness room, bike storage, supportive services on site, outdoor children’s play area, on-site leasing office, top floor roof deck.
