75 Units: Sustainable affordable housing for low-income families who are struggling to make ends meet. Imagine Village 1 is an affordable family housing development including Permanent Supportive Housing located at 43517 Sahuayo Street in Lancaster, CA.  The project provides 75 units to individuals and families earning from 30% to 60% of area median income, which includes 37 units for homeless veterans and their families, 27 units for homeless families, and 10 units for low-income families.
