64 Units. New construction of a 4-story Type V affordable housing development over one level of subterranean parking for 43 cars. The project will house General Affordable and Special Needs (TAY, Homeless, and Chronically Homeless. Unit mix consists of 12 studios, 20 - I bedroom, 20 – 2 bedroom, and 12 - 3 bedroom units  inclusive of an on-site managers unit & maintenance person unit. Building amenities include secured parking and entry, two elevators, laundry facilities, community room, multi-purpose room, computer room, fitness room, bike storage, supportive services on site, outdoor children’s play area, on-site leasing office, 2nd floor deck, 4th floor roof deck.
