Sue is responsible for managing all aspects of affordable housing development, including acquisition, financing, design, entitlements, and construction. Sue has worked in affordable housing development since 1994. She worked at Community Corporation of Santa Monica (CCSM), first as a Project Manager, then as the Director of Housing Development. Sue completed the acquisition of 47 properties, including 10 new construction projects and 37 acquisition/rehabs for a total of 1,047 units of affordable housing. Sue has also worked as a Senior Project Manager for Abode Communities. There she managed the new construction of a 75-unit special needs housing project, the financing and rehab of a 350-unit senior housing project, and the acquisition, design and entitlements for a 100-unit supportive housing project.
